Chan Damri Beach

Chan Damri Beach

Chan Damri Beach is a small beach of Ranong province which it’s the best spot to see the best view of the nature and communities at the mouth of Ranong River. Visitors can see witness the great sunset every evening. The beach is also a pier where tourists can travel to other islands in Andaman Sea offshore Ranong Province.

How to get there : Located about 9 kilometres from downtown Ranong along Highway No. 4004 (Ranong-Pak Nam) or 8 kilometres from the Ranong Governor’s Grave, this small beach and pier
Victoria Point
Location: Mueang District
Victoria Point or Koh Song is an island in neighboring Myanmar which visitors will see a variety of local products, souvenirs such as wicker basketry, lacquer ware and gems.Visitors must do visa document before crossing to the island. It’s a destination for those who love to touch the daily life of Burmese who life by the sea.

How to get there :

Bang Ben Beach

Bang Ben Beach

Bang Ben Beach is a long and vast sandy beach shaded by pine trees. From Bang Ben Beach tourist can see a scenic view of islands in the sea. This beach is located national park headquarters.

Kaey Beach

Kaey Beach is very long, wide and is the quietest beach in the park. This beach is just north of Khao Pak Triam, approximately 15 km north of Kuraburi town.

Leam Son Beach
Location: Kapoe District
Leam Son Beach has a very nice white sand beach and far from Bang Ben Beach about 4 kilometers. Very high recommended for those who love to camp for bird watching because it is the living area of various types of birds.

Praphat Beach
Location: Kapoe District
Praphat Beach has beautiful scenery beach but have not white sand because of the location near the mangroves where the canals flow to the sea. From Praphat Beach visitor can take the boats to Koh Kam Nui not far from the shore. It is a beach with delightful atmosphere and a nice place for strolling especially at sunset time. Here is Ranongs outstanding viewpoint to see the sunset.

How to get there :
Praphat Beach is located behind Kampuan village, Suk Samran, in Ranong province. Take Highway 4 (Ranong-Phang Nga) to km marker 702 and turn right about 3 kilometres. the beach is approximately 93 kilometres from town.
Islands
Koh Phayam
Location : Andaman Sea, South West of Mueang District Koh Phayam
Koh Phayam

Koh Phayam has long fine white sandy beaches and dense area of forest which located 33 kilometers off shore from Ranong. On Koh Phayam have a big community live and help taking care of the island. Its sea along the coastline is filled by beautiful coral reefs. The most stunning one are on the west side of the island where there are bungalows offers for visitors as well. The best beach to lie on is Kham beach which is on the southern part which is home to pure white sand in peaceful environment. Another popular activity here is watching migrant birds that will migrate here during winter between November to March.

How to get there :
To get to Koh Phayam, take the boats from Ranong Pier for about 1,000 baht per trip or take speedboats from Koh Phayam Resort. Prices range from 2,000 to 4,000 baht, depending on the size of the boat.

Koh Kam Tok
Location: Kapoe District
Koh Kam Tok or Koh Khao Khwai has a bay that curves to nearly make a circle. Koh Kam Tok is a sub-unit of the national park which to facilitate for tourist. From Koh Khang Khao take the long tail boat about 20 minutes.

Koh Kam Yai
Location: Kapoe District
Koh Kam Yai is well known it's the island of sea birds which Koh Kam Yai has more forested hills than beaches. The island is not famous for coral reefs or sandy beach then on this island has no people or community, making it perfect for a variety of migrating birds that seek refuge during the cool season.

Koh Kham Noi

Koh Kham Noi has a small beach, the sand is soft and white, and many other nearby islets. From Koh Kham Yai take long tail boat about 10 minute. The beach covered with washed-up driftwood and and the trees don't afford much cover from the sun.

Koh Khang Khao

Koh Khang Khao

Koh Khang Khao is a beautiful white sandy beach and a gravel beach known as Hin Ngam beach. Besides tourist can circumnavigate the island by clambering over the countless rocks that fringe the rest of the coastline. From Bang Ben beach take the boat about 40 minutes.
